Another Great Letter!

Dear Sir's
Please accept this letter of thanks for the professional and personal help you have given our son Terry during the time he spent at your college in London.
In pre-empting our immigration to Canada we identified certain courses in the Government run colleges within the area of Hamilton for our son to attend, thus enabling him to live with his sister in the city. Although, after sending him to Canada, all information we were given in regard to the courses changed as he flew across the Atlantic, with special regard to course costs!
Through good fortune we had visited your School the previous year and Terry was accepted onto your HVAC Course in February 08. He excelled under your tuition and passed in December of that year with considerably high marks, along with all certificates in Gas and Refrigeration required to gain an inroad into the Industry.
We were particularly impressed with the hands on and practical content of the course rather than the long drawn out classroom content of the Government run Institutions. This was explained fully to us on approach to you and we now feel that this method is by far the best way forward in giving your students an ideal opportunity to again an apprenticeship or position within this field.
It was also most impressive in the way you persevered with students struggling with the course content and endeavoured to see them through to the end.
Once again our heartfelt thanks for all your superb efforts and for training Our son in becoming a HVAC Engineer, Albeit a beginner.
